Natalia Munoz

Natalia Muñoz is an attorney with experience in international tax.  She is a member of the New York Bar, and limits her practice to federal tax matters. Specifically, she helps foreign clients to properly structure their U.S. investments through tax planning, and she helps U.S. companies with foreign income or operations.  She has assisted Marcell Felipe in numerous international transactions ranging from real estate purchasers to multi-national stock swaps joint ventures and multi-tiered entities.

Ms. Muñoz holds a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from Boston University where she ranked #2 in her class and received the Outstanding Achievement Award.  Natalia earned her first law degree from the Universidad de los Andes, in Bogota, Colombia (one of the most respected universities in Colombia) where she ranked in the top 10% of her class.  She then obtained a post graduate specialization in negotiation and international law from the same university where she finished #1 in her class.  Upon graduation, she served in the office of the President of the Universidad de los Andes.
